As a small startup company, the working atmosphere at WebNotes is fast-paced, intense,
and always exciting. We are currently seeking to hire creative, analytical,
and driven people to help improve our product and spread the word about our service.
All positions are located in Cambridge, MA.
WebNotes is looking for JavaScript and ASP.NET hackers who are creative
self-starters with a passion for developing groundbreaking web technologies.
Responsibilities
- Own major areas of the WebNotes code
- Actively participate in architecture and user interface design discussions
- Write clean, elegant, and functional code
- Develop new product ideas and features
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in ASP.NET or Java, Javascript, HTML/CSS, and AJAX
- Good grasp of UI design concepts
- Working knowledge of SQL databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field preferred
In practice, we are interested in exceptionally smart and motivated people.
Note that in addition to the responsibilities listed above, you will be playing
many other roles. These include making sales pitches, business decisions,
interacting with investors, presenting at conferences, and anything else
required by first employees at startups.
